How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders from our Melbourne warehouse within one business day from the time of purchase. Please note that delays may occur due to item availability or seasonal backlog.
What are your processing times?
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8am - 6pm AEST. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Regular shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days. During busy periods, shipping times may be longer. For the most current information on service delays, please visit the Australia Post website.
What about custom orders?
Custom orders may take between 3-4 business days to process.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with AusPost tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, due to automated systems, we are unable to cancel online orders. However, you can return unopened products for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage. If you receive multiple packages, please wait for all packages to arrive before contacting us.
What should I do if I placed an order after 2:30pm EST on Friday or over the weekend?
Orders placed after 2:30pm EST on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at contact@chictech.com.au to initiate a return. Returns must be sent to 19/45 McArthurs Road, Altona North VIC 3025.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@chictech.com.au if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Custom items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Can I exchange an item?
For exchanges, return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at contact@chictech.com.au.
